Manage and grow customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Drive revenue through professional sales techniques, product expertise, and strong customer relationships. Focus on expanding market share via direct sales, distributors, and other channels.

? Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales goals by leveraging direct sales, distributors, and affiliate networks.
? Market Expansion: Increase market share through diversified channels—promote products, communicate marketing programs, conduct training sessions, and address customer issues.
? Account Prioritization: Classify accounts (A/B/C) based on revenue potential, profitability, and service cost. Allocate time and call accordingly.
? Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, open new accounts, and nurture relationships to maximize existing account potential. Balance prospect outreach vs. customer retention efforts.
? Negotiation & Compliance: Close sales at or above company-mandated pricing thresholds while adhering to credit policies.
? Product & Skill Development: Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
? Technical Support: Coordinate joint customer visits with technical teams to resolve issues or demonstrate solutions.
? Reporting: Submit timely call reports, sales plans, forecasts, and expense reports.
? Policy & Budget Adherence: Operate within expense budgets and comply with all company policies.
? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, customer service, logistics, credit control, and R&D teams to align strategies and ensure smooth operations.
